1. Who we are
Ferser is a software engineering initiative based in Colombia. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data you share with us through ferser.co.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form: name, email, subject and message. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or browsing profiling.
3. How we use it
We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to follow up commercially on the project you are proposing. We do not share it with third parties or use it for mass marketing.
4. Processors we use
The form is submitted via FormSubmit (a provider that relays the message to our inbox). Our hosting is on our own VPS in Europe. Emails arrive at our account managed by mi.com.co. Each of these services acts as a data processor under its own policies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your messages while the conversation is active and up to 24 months after, unless the commercial relationship requires a longer period. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you have the right to access, update, rectify and delete your data, as well as to revoke the processing authorization. To exercise them, email us at contacto@ferser.co with "Privacy" in the subject line.
7. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will publish the new version at this same URL with the updated date above.
